应用皮肤软组织扩张器修复头颅电烧伤后颅骨暴露坏死及皮肤缺损

摘　　要：目的 :探索电烧伤头皮及颅骨缺损的修复方法 ;方法 :2 0 0 0年 1月— 2 0 0 2年 1月收治电烧伤后颅骨暴露及头皮缺损 6例 ,采用皮肤软组织扩张器行头皮扩张及颅骨外板凿除一次性修复颅骨和头皮缺损 ;结果 :术后效果满意 ,无一例发生皮瓣坏死及感染 ;结论Objective:To explore the repair method of the defect of the scalp and necrosis of skull.Method:6 cases with defect of the scalp and necrosis of skull,who were treated by skin soft-tissue expander from 2000 to 2002 in our hospital, were reported.Result:The clinical result showed that the result from the graft of scalp expansion was satisfactory. The flap of scalp were not necrosis and infectious.Conclusion:The skin soft-tissue expansion might be the first choice in the repair of he defect of the scalp and necrosis of skull.
