摘 要:全尾砂胶结料浆在全尾砂型料的管道输送和矿山充填中 ,既作为载流体又作为胶结剂 ,不仅应具有良好的流动性和稳定性 ,而且应具有良好的胶凝性和固化性。研究全尾砂胶结料浆的可泵性、管输特征和胶结性 ,通过实验探讨浓度、灰砂比、添加剂等对砂浆输送性和胶结性的影响 ,分析其改善全尾砂胶结料浆性能的作用机理 。Whole tailings cementing pulp that acts both as flow carrier and cement in the pipe transportation and mine filling of whole tailings formed material should have not only both good mobility and stability but also both good adhesiveness and solidifing property. Its pump ability, characteristics of pipe transportation and adhesiveness were studied. Based on the study of the effect of concentration, ratio of cement tailings and additives on its transportability and adhesiveness and the analysis of their mechanism of improving the performances of the cementing pulp, the composition and proportioning of whole talilings cementing pulp with best matched transportability and cementing property were determined.
