摘　　要：通过对祁连成矿带矿产资源时空分布特征的研究,初步掌握了祁连成矿带矿产资源现状。加入WTO后,我国的矿业形势更加严峻,祁连成矿带的矿产资源更难适应形势发展需要。建议通过多种渠道,广开资金来源;改善投资环境,积极引进外资;坚持科技兴矿战略;设立找矿勘查专项等措施,促进地勘工作发展。By means of the research on the mineral resources as well as their distribution feature in the time and space within the Qilian metallogenic belt, the status of the mineral resources have been grasped preliminarily. It shows that the mining situation in China,especially in the Qilian metallogenic belt is not hopeful in pace with joining to WTO. In order to suit the needs of the economic development, the suggestion about the mineral resources developing in the Qilian metallogenic belt have been posed in the paper, which is to expand the funds sources from various field of home and abroad, especially creating favourable conditions in order to drawing the funds from the abroad; the policy of the science and technique vigorously developing mining industry would be insisted on; and for the purpose of the development in geological exploration in Qilian metallogenic belt, the special project on prospecting mining resources would be necessary to established.
