摘  要:目的 探讨改良绞链石膏 \支具在下肢长骨骨折康复治疗中的应用。方法 对 42例下肢长骨干骨折采用骨折部梅花针、Ender氏钉等内固定后 ,应用自行设计的改良绞链石膏 \支具外固定 ,使患者在 3周后负重、持拐行走 ,利用骨折部合理的压应力促进骨折愈合。结果  6~ 8周内愈合者占 5 2 4 %,较传统方法缩短疗程 1/ 2 ,无一例发生骨不愈合和延迟愈合。股骨和胫腓骨干骨折的愈合时间无明显差异。结论 早期负重活动减少了因骨折长期卧床制动引起的股四头肌粘连、膝关节僵硬等多种并发症。Objective To explore the application of improved intermedullary nail and hinge brace in healing long bone of lower limbs.Methods 42 cases of long bone fractures in lower limbs were treated with improved intermedullary nail and hinge brace along with internal fixation with plum bloossom nail and Ender′nail.Results The bone union was obtained in all of the cases and the healing time was 6~8 weeks in 52.4% of the cases,which was 1/2 shorter than that treated by conventional methods.There was no delay union or disunion.There was no difference in union time between femur fracture and tibia and fibula fracture.Conclusion Common complications such as adhesion or stiffness of knee was reduced due to early weight-bearing and mobilization.
