摘  要:目的:观察山楂精降脂片对高血脂大鼠及家兔血脂的影响。方法:随机将大鼠与家兔分别分为正常对照组、高脂组、大剂量山楂精降脂片组(3.0g/kg)、小剂量山楂精降脂片组(1.5g/kg),连续灌胃28d后,测定血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG)。结果:与高脂组相比,不同剂量山楂精降脂片对大鼠及家兔的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂均有降低作用,大剂量组的作用更明显(P<0.01)。结论:山楂精降脂片是一种安全有效的降血脂药物。Objective: To observe the step-down action of hawthorn fruit tablet on blood -lipid concentration in rat and rabbit with hyperlipemia. Methods: Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups; namely normal control group, taking basic forage; hyperlipemia control group, taking high lipid forage; low dosage hawthorn tablet group, feeded with hyperlipid forage and given hawthorn tablet in dosage of 1.5g/kg /bw by ig; high dosage hawthorn tablet group, feeded with high lipid forage and given hawthorn tablet in dosage of 3.0g/ kg/bw by ig. Four weeks later, all rats were killed and blood lipid concentrations were determined chemically. 2.Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 sroups. Other procedures were the same as being adopted in rats. 3.LD50 of hawthorn tablet was determined in mice by routine method. All data were statistically analysed. Results : 1. The largest tolerance dosage of hawthorn in mice was over 18. 0g/kg b. w. showing no acute toxicity. 2. TC and TG in high dosage hawthorn tablet group rats were significantly decreased, compared with hyperlipemia control rats P< 0.01. 3. TC and TG in both low and high dosage group rabbits were significantly lower than that in hyperlipemia control rabbits. Conclusion: Hawthorn fruit tablet seems to be an effective and safe hypolipemia agent.
