摘  要:目的 研究面神经损伤后 c- jun基因表达的动态及其与神经元存活率的关系。 方法 选用 84只雄性 SD大鼠 ,分别行面神经高位切断和低位切断 ,于损伤后不同时间观察面神经运动神经元存活率及 c- jun的表达情况。 结果 低位切断组术后 12 h有较多面神经元 c- jun表达 ,并在术后 6 0 d内一直维持高水平。高位切断组 1d后有较多神经元 c- jun表达 ,且无论是表达数量或高表达维持时间均显著低于同时段低位切断组。高位切断组术后 3d面神经元存活率明显降低。以神经元存活率为指标进行比较 ,各观察时段面神经低位切断组的神经元存活率也显著高于面神经高位切断组。 结论 面神经损伤部位离胞体越远 ,神经元 c- jun表达越强 。Objective\ To investigate the effects of the transection of facial nerve on motoneuron survival as well as expression of c\|jun.\ Methods\ 84 SD rats were performed as model of proximal(high position) or distal(low position) facial nerve transected groups.\ The rate of survival of motoneurons and expression of c\|jun were observed after axotomy.\ Results\ Expression of c\|jun increased at 12 h after \{axotomy\} and maintained in high level for 60 d in the distal transected group.\ Compared the expression of c\|jun to the distal transected group, expression of c\|jun or the time maintained was obviously decreased in the proximal group.\ The rate of survival of motoneuron was obviously higher in the distal group than in the proximal group.\ Conclusion\ The longer the remaining axon, the more the expression of c\|jun, may related to the better motoneuron survival
