摘　　要：承淡安是近代著名的针灸临床家与教育家 ,十分重视艾灸 ,认为众多的难病大症 ,可用以获效。这样的体会与认识 ,是受其家传的影响 ,与同道的交流及其向日本针灸界学习的结果。尤其重要的是他在临床实践上获得疗效的证实。承淡安一生探索灸法的精神与取得的成就 。Cheng Danan is a famous clinical expert and educ ation ist of acupuncture and moxibustion in modern times. He paid a great attention to moxibustion and considered that a lot of difficult and complicated diseases cou ld be treated with moxibustion. This experience and acknowledge resulted from in fluence of the older generation of the family, exchanges with colleagues, and l e arning from acupuncture and moxibustion circle in Japan. Particularly, he confir m ed the therapeutic effect in clinical practice. The spirit in exploring moxibust i on therapy and attained achievements in his life are worth to use for reference and learning.
