针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病并发痛经的疗效。方法 :将 45例单纯性肥胖病并发痛经患者依据辨证分型采用耳体针结合施治。观察针灸治疗前后患者的症状、体征、肥胖指标、痛经症状评分。结果 :针灸治疗 1疗程 (1月 )患者总有效率为 71 1 1 % ,2疗程总有效率为 86 67% ,3疗程总有效率为 93 3 3 %。结论Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupu ncture on simple obesity complicated with dysmenorrhea. Methods Based on TCM syndrome differentiation, 45 cases of simple obesity complicated wi th dysmenorrhea were treated by combination of body acupuncture and auricular acup unctur e. Symptoms, physical signs, obesity indexes, cumulative scores of dysmenorrhea in the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of 1, 2, 3 therapeutic courses was 71 11%, 86 67 % and 93 33% respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture has both wei ght-reducing and analgesic effects for simple obesity complicated with dysmenor rhea.
