摘　　要：目的 :观察电热砭石治疗手指部腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法 :采用DRB 2B型电热砭石仪做温法配合手法操作治疗手指部腱鞘炎患者 3 0例。结果 :3 0例手指部腱鞘炎患者治愈率 63 3 % ,总有效率 1 0 0 0 %。结论Objective To observe the effect of Application of El ectro-Heating Bian-stone for finger tenosynovitis. Methods Treating 30 cases of finger tenosynovitis with Electro-Heating Bian-stone by warming therapy in combination with manual operation. Results The total effective rate is 100 0% and the curative rate 63 3%. Co nclusion Electro-heating Bian-stone takes significant effect in treating finge r tenosynovitis.
