摘　　要：目的研究药品中残留溶剂的测定方法,控制其含量,减少对人体健康的危害。用气相色谱法测定原料药头孢噻肟钠中三乙胺有机溶剂残留量。方法选用正辛烷作内标物,结果表明,采用程序升温,所测得三乙胺在非极性弹性石英毛细柱上进行各组分分离,效果良好,完全符合实际应用需要。Objective The study was undertaken to determine the content of residue solvent in drug and control it to reduce the harm to health.Determine the content of triethylamine in cefo- taxime sodium raw material with the method of gas chromatography method chosen—octane as the internal standard,and separate each component on a non—polar elastic quartz eopillary col- umn.The effect is well.The results indicates that using the process of rising temperature is com- pletely accorded with the needs of praticality.
