光盘检索与网络检索的测试与评价——以《中刊库》和“百度”搜索引擎为例

摘　　要：从检索功能、检准率、检全率等方面对国内最具代表性的光盘数据库《中刊库》和网络搜索引擎“百 度”进行了测试。结果表明,光盘数据库的检索功能优于目前的网络信息检索工具,检准率、检全率也远远高于 网络信息检索工具,但网络信息检索工具也有其优势所在。两者若能优势互补,将会获得更好的检索效果。The CD-ROM systems and search engines were measured in search capability, recall ratio, precision ratio. Through comparison and analysis, we found the search capability, the recall ratio and precision ratio of the CD-ROM systems is better than the search engines. The search engines also has own superiority. If they can learn from each other, maybe they will obtain the best search result.
