海滨香豌豆(Lathyrus maritimus Bigel)核型分析研究

摘　　要：以海滨香豌豆根尖为材料,用压片法研究了其染色体和核型,结果表明,海滨香豌豆核型为2n=14=6m+8sm。与栽培豌豆染色体数目相同,核型相似。The chromosomes,and karyotype in the Lathyrus maritimus Bigel were studied bythe squash method applied to the root point.The results indicated that the karyorypc was asfollows:2n=14=6m+8sm.Its chromosome number is equal to that of the Pisum and is karyotype is similar to that of the Pisum.
