改良的双蒂法巨乳缩小术

摘　　要：目的　行巨乳缩小术 ,术前不用模板设计。方法　根据长宽比例为 2∶1的局部皮瓣设计原理 ,设计双蒂真皮乳腺组织瓣的宽度 ,形成双蒂真皮乳腺组织瓣后 ,于组织瓣两侧去除乳腺脂肪组织 ,皮肤向内下牵拉 ,根据塑形需要去除皮肤组织。结果　应用此法手术 7例 13侧 ,取得了满意的效果。结论　本术式行巨乳缩小 ,设计、操作简单 ,灵活 ,实用 ,易于掌握 ,值得推广应用。Objectives To reduce breast without Wise standard pattern. Methods Two lines were designed with the nipple in the centre,the skin between the lines were deepithelized,the vertical pedicle is incised along its vertical line,freeing it from the remaining breast,the glandular tissues under the lateral and medial flaps is also excised,after suitable tailoring,the skin were extended inferially and internally,the skin margins were approximated around the areola and along the vertical and horizontal suture line,excess skin were resected,seven patients were operated on this method. Results The operative results were satisfactory. Conclusions The method is more simple,practical and easy than traditional methods.
