摘　　要：目的 :客观评价奥德金的有效性和安生性。方法 :对奥德金的药理、毒理作用进行研究 ,并将其主要成分和活性指标与爱维治进行比较。结果和结论 :两药对比差异无显著性。奥德金用于治疗缺血、缺氧性疾病安全、有效 。OBJECTIVE:To objectively evaluate the domestic deproteinised calf blood injection(adegold).METHODS:The pharmacological and toxicological actions of adegold were studied and the main components and activity index of adegold were compared with those of actovegin.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:There were no significant differences between adegold and imported deproteinised calf blood injection(actovegin).Adegold is a safe and effective drug for treating ischemic and hypoxic di_ seases and has good prospects in clinical use.
