摘　　要：目的 :了解当前老年患者的合理用药情况。方法 :对我院2000年1月～2001年12月15000余张老年住院患者处方中的不合理用药情况进行统计、分析。结果 :处方中存在诸多不合理用药现象。结论 :必须遵循一定的原则 ,才能保证老年患者安全。OBJECTIVE:To find out the situation of rational use of drugs in senile patients.METHODS:The irrational use of drugs,in15000prescriptions written out for senile in-patients of our hospital from January2000to December2001,was staˉtistically analysed.RESULTS:Not a few irrationalities of use of drugs were found in the prescriptions.CONCLUSION:Only when we follow established principle can we ensure the safety and efficacy of medication for senile patients.
