摘　　要：目的 :观察瑞血新 (rhG -CSF)对肿瘤联合放、化疗的保护作用。方法 :中、晚期恶性肿瘤联合放、化疗的患者63例。其中 ,29例(治疗组 )化疗结束时皮下注射瑞血新75μg,qd ,连用7天 ;34例 (对照组 )化疗结束时未用瑞血新。两组均于化疗结束后第3周进行白细胞、中性粒细胞对比。结果 :治疗组无1例因白细胞、中性粒细胞过低而中断放疗 ;而对照组有8例因白细胞降至Ⅱ度以上而中断放疗。结论 :恶性肿瘤联合放、化疗同步应用瑞血新 ,能有效防止外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞降低 ,缩短白细胞、中性粒细胞恢复时间 。OBJECTIVE:To observe the protective effect of rhG-CSF on combined radiochemotherapy for tumors METH_ODS:63 patients with middle stage or advanced malignant tumors receiving combined radiochemotherapy were divided into two groups:treatment group,29 cases,was given rhG-CSF 75μg qd for 7 days at the finish of chemotherapy;control group,34 cases,did not received rhG-CSF Three weeks after chemotherapy,white cell count and neutrophil count were compared between two groups RESULTS:In treatment group,none of the patients had to discontinue radiotherapy because of leucopenia or neutropenia,however,in control group,8 patients were obliged to stop radiotherapy because their leucocytes decreased to less than grade Ⅱ CONCLUSION:In combined radiochemotherapy for malignant tumors,synchronous administration of rhG-CSF can effectively prevent leucopenia or neutropenia,quicken the recovery of WBC and neutrophil and ensure the fulfilment of combined therapy
