摘　　要：目的 :了解上海地区医院用药趋势。方法 :对上海47家医院提供的1999年～2001年用药资料进行分析。结果 :购药总金额呈增长趋势 ;购药金额的结构百分比 ,进口药逐年下降 ,合资药趋于稳定 ,国产药由逐年升高至渐趋稳定 ;购药金额领先的前100个品种和前15个品种所占总金额百分比一改逐年下降趋势 ,至2001年有回升和略有回升 ;各大类药排序2001年较2000年变化不大。结论 :用药情况与“医保”改革有关 。OBJECTIVE:To clarify the trend of drug consumption in Shanghai district METHODS:Data of drug consumption was collected from Shanghai hospital drug use analysis system from 1999 to 2001 RESULTS:The trend of total consumption increased in the past three years The consumption percentage of imported drugs declined,while that of products from joint enterprices kept stable and that of domestic drugs increased to a stable state The percentages of the purchase value of the first 100 and 15 kinds of drugs in total value of purchase declined annually but increased in 2001 There was no obvious change in the sequence of kinds of drugs from 2000 to 2001 CONCLUSION:There is a close relationship between drug consumption and medical insurance reformation The trend of drug consumption remains unchanged
