摘 要:目的:调查佛山市某夜总会蟑螂侵害情况和采用高效灭蟑毒饵防治蟑螂的效果观察;方法:密度调查采用粘捕法,化学防治采用高效灭蟑毒饵;结果:密度指数为9.47只/盒·夜,德国小蠊为绝对优势种,占总捕获数的99.30%。施药后1周密度指数为0.47只/盒·夜,杀灭率为95.04%;施药后1个月密度指数为0.13只/盒·夜,杀灭率为98.63%;结论:夜总会蟑螂侵害严重,采用高效灭蟑毒饵防治,能迅速有效的控制其密度在不足为害的程度。Objective:To investigate cockroach invasion in a nightclub in Foshan City,and observe the efficacy of cockroach gel bait. Methods:adhesive killing method for density investigation,and cockroach gel bail for chemical control. Results:The density index was 9.47 pieces per box per night,and the Blattella germanica was the dominant, which accounts for 99.30% of the total cockroach killed.One week after using the gel bait,the density was 0.47 per box per night with the mortality rate of 95.04% ,and one month later, the density was 0.13 per box per night with the mortality rate of 98.63% . Conclusion:The hight - effect gel bait has good efficacy against cockroach in a short time.
