摘　　要：通过对百余万病例的计算,探讨了住院病人病种费用标准制订过程中节点变量选择及影响因素的调整等问题,如年龄因素的处理方法,医院规模和身份对标准费用的调整等。医疗消耗标准的制订和预付款制度的实施,对于抑制过度医疗消耗、规范医生行为、促进医疗单位间良性竞争都具有积极的意义。Grouped more than one million cases according to ICD -9, detected some influence factors (node variables) by AID algorithm, and classified cases according to node variables for each group, this paper discusses the method of stipulate for standard of fee - for - service for military patient in hospital. Bring forward the methods of selection of node variables and adjustment of fee standard.
