益气化瘀法对离体大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩活动的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨益气化瘀法治疗子宫内节育器 (Cu -IUD)所致子宫异常出血的作用机理。方法 :以黄体酮和缩宫素作对照 ,用LMS二道生理记录仪和JH - 2肌张力传感器观察以益气化瘀法的 98-B对大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩活动的影响。结果 :98-B对大鼠子宫平滑肌有不同程度的增强作用 ,但对由缩宫素引起的子宫平滑肌强烈收缩有明显的对抗作用。结论 :98-B对子宫平滑肌的收缩力起到双向性的调节作用 ,从而改善子宫平滑肌的病理状态 。Objective: To study on the action mechanism of benefiting Qi and dissipating blood stasis for treating uterine abnormal hemorrhage for copper intrauterine device(Cu-IUD). Methods: Contrasted with pregnendione and oxytocin, it was observed that the effect of 98-B with the principle of benefiting Qi and dissipating blood on the contraction of uterus smooth muscle, in rats by LMS physiological recorder and JH-2 muscle strain sensor. Results: 98-B has different intensifying action, but it has distinct counterwork to uterine contraction. Conclusion: 98-B has bi-directional accommodation action to the contraction of uterus smooth muscle, which improving the pathological state of uterine smooth muscle and stanching blood. \[
