中药逍遥片改善正常或脾虚小鼠肠运动相关功能

摘　　要：目的:对逍遥片健脾作用进行实验研究,并与原剂型进行比较。方法:给正常和利血平致脾虚小鼠灌服逍遥片后,采用小肠炭末推进法和测量小鼠体温法、游泳法观察药物对正常小鼠及脾虚小鼠小肠运动、体温及游泳时间的影响。结果:逍遥片能提高正常小鼠小肠推进率15%～30%(t=5.5～13.4,P<0.01);对抗脾虚小鼠亢进的小肠运动,推进率降低23%～32%(t=5.1～8.2,P<0.01),改善小鼠脾虚症状,脾虚体温提高0.7～2.3℃(t=2.1～3.5,P<0.05);正常或脾虚小鼠给药后游泳时间均较对照组显著延长为68～99min(t=2.6,P<0.05)和77～88min(t=2.5～6.1,P<0.05)。结论:逍遥片具有健脾益气作用,该作用与原剂型逍遥丸相似。AIM:To study the effects of Xiaoyao table t(XT)on in vi gorating spleen and to compare the effects with original pharmaceutical form,Xi aoyao pill(XP).METHODS:The normal and insufficiency of the s pleen induced f rom ser-pate rats were taken XT,after oral ad ministration,the effects of XT or XP were observed by measuring moving ra te of carbon powder,body temperatur e and swimming time.RESULTS:XT elevated the moving rate of carbon powder in sm all intestine in normal mice by 15%-30%(t=5.5-13.4,P<0.01 ).On the other hand,it decreased the hyperfunctio n of small intestine,movin g rate by 23%-32%(t=5.1-3.2,P<0.01)in mice treated with X T.XT improved t he systemic symptoms of insufficiency of the spleen,the body t emperature r ised to 0.7-2.3℃(t=2.1-3.5,P<0.05).It prol onged the swimming time by 68-99min(t=2.6,P<0.05)and 77-8 8min(t=2.5-6.1,P<0.01)in normal mice or mice treated with XT re spectively(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:XT exhibits the similar effects to XP on invigorating spleen and improvingQi .
