生长激素缺乏症病儿的生长激素释放激素激发试验

摘　　要：应用体外静脉注射生长激素释放激素(GHRH)对31例生长激素缺乏症病儿(其中男21例,女10例,年龄3.6～16岁)进行激发试验,并进行生长激素(GH)放射免疫测定.结果发现,GHRH激发试验阳性(GH峰值>10μg/L)14例(45.2%),阴性17例.GHRH激发试验阳性组的身高<?—3s和具有典型体征的病儿例数显著少于阴性组(P<0.01).提示GHRH激发试验对明确诊断和指导治疗有重要意义.Growth hormone (GH) provocative test was done by intravenous injection of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) in 31 children with GH deficiency disease (male 21, female 10; age 3.6～16 yr), and the levels of GH were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that GHRH provocative test was positive(the peak GH>10μg/L) in 14 patients(45.2%),and negative in the remaining patients. The number of the patients who had very low heights(<?-3s) and typical symptoms and signs was significantly smaller in the positive group than in the negative group (P<0.01). The above suggests that the GHRH provocative test has great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with GH deficiency disease.
