黄芪注射液治疗新生儿缺氧性心肌损害的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨黄芪注射液对新生儿缺氧性心肌损害的保护作用。方法 :将 90例患儿随机分为黄芪注射液治疗组 4 6例 ,对照组 4 4例。对照组采用常规治疗 ,治疗组加用黄芪注射液静脉点滴 ,每次 2ml ,每日 1次 ,连用 7～ 1 0d。观察两组患儿心脏症状、体征消失情况及治疗前后心功能指标变化和血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛 (MDA)变化。结果 :①治疗组心脏症状、体征消失快 ,1周内心电图、心肌酶恢复正常率高 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性。②治疗 1周后 ,治疗组心功能指标 :左室射血分数 (EF)、右室输出量 (CO)明显提高 ,与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1 ,差异有显著性。③治疗 1周后 ,治疗组血SOD明显升高 ,MDA明显下降 ,与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 1 ,差异有显著性。结论 :黄芪注射液具有清除氧自由基、增强心肌收缩力、改善心功能的作用 ,对新生儿缺氧性心肌损害 ,疗效显著 。Objective: To study the protective effect of Huangqi injection on newborn with hypoxic-induced myocardio-injury. Methods:90 cases were divided into two groups randomly.46 caces were treated additionally with Huangqi Injection in dose of 2ml perday for 7～10 days as the therapeutic group,and 44 cases with routine therapy as the control group .Symptoms and signs of heart were observed, and the changes of electrocardiogram ,myocardial enzyme ,echocardiography,densities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondiollehyde(MDA) were detacted before and after the treatment. Results : ① The symptoms and signs of heart disappeared obviously earlier and the rate of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme recovering normal were significantly higher in the therapeutic group than those in the control group (p<0.01) .②The left ventricle ejection fraction and the right ventricle output were markedly increased in the therapeutic group than the control group(p<0.05)after a week. ③The level of SOD was significantly higher and the MDA was markedly lower in the therapeutic group than those in the control group (p < 0.01)after a week. Conclusion: Huangqi Injection can dispose oxygen free radical,increase the cardic index and improve the heart function effectively .It should be widely used in the likely cases.
