摘  要:目的 研究碘及碘硒联用对氟致小鼠脑组织抗氧化能力下降的影响。方法 用生化分析方法测定小鼠脑内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和脂褐素含量。结果 高氟能引起小鼠脑内 SOD活性显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 )、脂褐素含量显著上升 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;适当浓度的碘或碘硒联用能使小鼠脑内 SOD活性显著升高 (P<0 .0 5 )、脂褐素含量显著下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而碘浓度过高则产生协同毒性作用。Objective To investigate that iodine or combined effect of iodine and selenium on improvement of learning dysfunction by fluoride and mechanism of brain.Methods The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of lipofuscinthe were tested by biochemistry analysis ways.Results The activity of SOD decreased and the content of lipofuscin increased in their brain by high fluoride (P<0.05).It was found that proper concentration of iodine and combined administraction of iodine and selenium to mice could antagonize with this kind of influence of fluorine.It would be synergetic toxicity if concentration of iodine was too high.Conclusions All the results suggest that proper concentration of iodine or combined administraction of iodine and selenium may have ameliorative effects on descent of antioxidation of their brain organization from fluorine.
