摘  要: 将30头林麝随机分为4个试验组进行同期发情处理。在4个试验群中,根据处理药物不同又分为孕酮片(MAP)处理和氯前列烯醇(PG)处理组。MAP处理组采用MAP高(20mg/头)和低(10mg/头)2个剂量处理;连续用MAP8d后,一次肌肉注射孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)600IU/头。PG处理组采用PG高(0.2mg/头)和低(0.1mg/头)2个剂量处理;首先一次肌肉注射PMSG600IU/头,48h后,肌注PG0.1mg/头(或0.2mg/头),6d后,再次肌注PG0.1mg/头(或0.2mg/头)。结果表明,MAP高(20mg/头)与低(10mg/头)2个剂量处理的同期发情率分别为62.5%(5/8)和75%(6/8),差异不显著(P>0.05);而PG组高(0.2mg/头)和低(0.1mg/头)2个剂量的同期发情率分别为28.5%(2/7)和71.4%(5/7),差异显著(P<0.05);MAP组与PG组间同期发情率尽管差异不显著(P>0.05),但MAP处理组同期发情率(68.7%,11/16)明显高于PG组(50%,7/14)。Thirty forest musk deer were randomly allocated into four groups to be treated with 10 mg medroxyprogesterone acetate (MAP),20 mg MAP,0.1 mg or 0.2 mg prostaglandin F2a (PG).After an 8day period,MAP treatments were stopped and musk deer were administrated an intramuscular injection of 600 IU pregnant mares serum gonadotrophin (PMSG).The musk deer of the PG group to be administrated an intramuscular injection of 600 IU PMSG (d 0,0 h).After 48 h,the musk deer were treated with 0.1 mg or 0.2 mg PG.On 10 d,the musk deer also treated by 0.1 mg or 0.2 mg PG.The results showed that the incidence of estrus synchronization was similar (P>0.05) between two MAPtreated groups and occurred in 62.5% (5/8) and 75% (6/8) of the musk deer received 10 mg and 20 mg MAP,respectively.There was also no significant difference between MAPtreated group and PGtreated group (P>0.05) and incidence of estrus synchronization were 68.7% (11/16) and 50% (7/14).Incidence of estrus synchronization was not significance (P<0.05) between two PGtreated groups and occurred in 28.5% (2/7) and 71.4% (5/7) of the musk deer received 0.1 mg and 0.2 mg PG,respectively.
