摘 要:对窄带钢在轧制过程中的再结晶变化规律、轧后空冷时变形奥氏体的转变规律、相变后铁素体晶粒大小以及窄带钢的宏观性能等进行了计算机模拟与预报。实测表明该模型组合用于窄带生产实际是可行的;组织含量与力学性能的预报结果均与实测基本相符,这对调整窄带产品结构、提高窄带组织性能不但具有理论意义,而且还有实际应用价值。It is important for the continuance development of narrow strip enterprise to improve the product property.This paper simulated and predicted the rule of recrystal changing during rolling and austenitic transformation in cooling by air after rolling,the size of ferrite grain after phase change and macro property of narrow strip by computer.It is found that the predicted microstructure is agreed well with the micro observation result and the property is basically agreed well with measurement value by a great deal of tests on spot and metal examining in lab.This is improtant not only for adjusting the microstructure and improving the property of narrow strip product in theory,but also for developing new product in practice.
