摘 要:作者于2000—2002年在15个果园(包括3个温室)对苹果、梨、葡萄、桃、樱桃进行酵素菌肥肥效试验。结果表明,酵素菌肥对改善土壤环境和提高果实品质及产量效果显著,与对照(当地习惯施肥)比,土壤容重降低0.022~0.191g/cm3,果实糖酸比提高0.26~12.75,花青苷含量提高1.99~67.67吸收度/100cm,大多数园施用酵素菌肥的Vc含量比对照提高0.191~2.397mg/100g,产量提高5.7%~26.4%(经LSR检验有6个园达显著水平)。另外,多数园百果重、百叶重、干周增长量表现出施用酵素菌肥的高。From2000-200215orchards including3greenhouses were used for the research of the effects on applying of ferment fungus fertilizers on apples,pears,grapes,peaches,sweet cherries.The results showed that the ferment fungus fertilizers improved the soil environment and the quality of fruit and the yield evidently.compare with the control (fertilization as local),the bulk density of soil was decreased0.022~0.191g /cm3;the ratio of sugar and acid was increased0.26~12.75;the content of anthocyanin was increased1.99~67.67degree of sorption/100cm;the content of Vitamin C was higher0.191~2.397mg /100g in most orchards;and the yield was increased5.7%~26.4%(6orchards were at significance level tested by LSR).The weight of100fruit,the weight of100leaves,the girthing increment of trunk was higher too.
