综合性心理治疗原发性高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察综合性心理治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法 :将 10 0例原发性高血压患者按心理检查时单双序号分为研究组和对照组。研究组在口服常规降压药物治疗的基础上 ,采用行为干预治疗、生物反馈、放松训练、支持性心理治疗等综合疗法。对照组仅口服常规降压药物治疗。每位患者均于治疗前、治疗后 3个月和 6个月检测临床指标 :血压 (SBP、DBP)、血脂 (TC、TG、HDL- C)、进行治疗前及同期组间比较。治疗前和治疗后 6个月给两组患者测查生活质量评定问卷 (GQOL- 74 ) ,进行治疗前后及同期组间比较。结果 :研究组治疗后 3个月和 6个月临床指标改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后 6个月研究组的生活质量得分明显高于对照组。结论Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive psychotherapy on essential hypertension Methods:A total of 100 essential hypertension patients were divided into studied group and comparing group,according to their odd or even ordinal numbers during the psychological examination.Based on the treatment of conventional antihypertension,the studied group also took the comprehensive therapy,such as behavior interference treatment,biological feedback,relaxation training and supporting psychotherapy.The comparing group only got the medical treatment of conventional antihypertension.Three and six months before and after his/her curative treatment,every patient was examined for clinical indexes including blood pressure(SBP,DBP),TC,TG and HDL C,comparing clinical therapeutic effect and living quality evaluation between the two concurrent groups before and after the treatment Results:The clinical indexes of the studied groups three and six months after the treatment were obviously better than those of the studied group(P<0 05),and also,the scores of living quality of the studied group were distinctly higher than those of the comparing group Conclusion:The comprehensive psychotherapy can effectively improve the clinical controlling effect and living quality of essential hypertension patient
