摘　　要：探讨了网络环境下版权保护与数字文献浏览权之间的关系,认为过分保护版权人的利益不利于知识信息的交流与传播,应该在保护版权人利益与满足广大社会公众的需求之间寻求平衡点。The relationship between the protection of copyright and the browsing right of digital information in the network environment are discussed in this paper. In author's opinion, it is harmful for the spread and communication of knowledge and information if we pay much more attention to the protection of the interests of copyright owner. It is good for us to protection the interests of the copyright owner and the wide public's needs at the same time.
