心脏病合并妊娠临床分析

摘　　要：本文分析了56例心脏病合并妊娠,高原地区心脏病孕妇死亡率较上海、广州两地为高。孕前心功能Ⅱ级以上者孕期心功能变化率较高,孕妇有合并症者容易发生心衰,未接受合理医疗措施,未及时发现早期心衰,未适时终止妊娠的患者预后不良。因此,对于心脏病孕妇必须加强医疗监护,及时发现早期心衰,及时处理;积极预防、治疗合并症,避免诱发因素;适时和以适当方式终止妊娠,对心脏病孕妇很有意义。Fifty-six cases of the pregnancy complicated by cardiopathy were analysed in this paper, the results showed that the mortalities of the pregnant women complicated by cardiopathy at the high altitude were higher than those in Shanghai and Guangzhou. The changing-rate of the heart function was higher after the pregnency than before one as to these patients whose heart functions were over Grede Ⅱ. The heart failure easily occurred in the pregnant women complicated by cardiopathy. And they would have a doubtful prognosis if these patients were not given a proper treatment, an early dign osis of the heart failure or a timely stopping of the pregnancy. Therefore, we hold that it is very important in the clinical field to stren gthen the monitoring and nursing of the patients,to find and treat the heart failure early,to prevent and treat the complications actively, to avoid expressing the induced agents as well as to stop the pregnancy properly and suitably.
