人参Rb组皂苷对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响

摘　　要：通过小鼠86Rb摄取率实验 ,观察人参Rb组皂苷对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响。结果表明 ,人参Rb组皂苷 1 0 0、2 0 0mg/kg均可明显增加小鼠心肌86Rb摄取率 ,5 0mg/kg亦有增加小鼠心肌86Rb摄取率的趋势 。Effect of Ginsengoside-Rb(G-Rb)on the nutritional blood flow of myocardium was observed with test of introjecion 86 Rb in mice. the results showed that G-Rb(100?200mg/kg)could increase significantly myocardial introjection rate of 86 Rb and G-Rb can increase the nutritional introjection raet of 86 Rb.It is indicated that G-Rb can increase the nutritional blood flow of myocardium in mice.
