风心病与冠心病患者血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性的变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨风湿性心脏病与冠心病患者血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性 (AT -Ⅲ :A)的变化。方法　 4 7例行风湿性瓣膜置换术及 4 1例冠心病冠状动脉旁路移植术患者 ,术前常规取血 ,用发色底物法测定血浆AT -Ⅲ :A值 ,并与正常对照值进行比较。结果　风心组与冠心组的AT -Ⅲ :A值明显低于正常对照值 ,但两组间差异没有统计学意义。结论　本研究两组患者血浆AT -Ⅲ :A值没有统计学显著性差异 ,与临床抗凝效果不符 。OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of Antithrombin Ⅲ Activity(AT-Ⅲ:A) in plasma in patients with rheumatic heart disease or coronary artery disease. METHODS Determinate the AT-Ⅲ:A level in blood plasma quantitatively by the chromogenic substrate method along with the routine check before operation for 47 cases of rheumatic valve replacements and 41 cases of coronary artery bypass grafts. And compare them with normal controls.RESULTS The values of AT-Ⅲ:A in rheumatic group and coronary group are lower than normal controls. But the difference between these two does not have statistical significance.CONCLUSION The values of AT-Ⅲ:A in rheumatic group and coronary group decrease, but there is no difference between these two groups.
