摘  要:目的 探讨草苁蓉提取物对D 半乳糖致衰老大鼠脑组织自由基的影响。方法  60只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、人参皂甙组和草苁蓉大、中、小剂量组 ,用比色分析法测定大脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、单胺氧化酶 (MAO)的活性及丙二醛 (MDA)的含量 ,同步观察电子显微镜下的组织学变化。结果 草苁蓉提取物可提高D 半乳糖所致衰老大鼠脑组织SOD活性 ,降低MDA含量 ,抑制MAO活性。电子显微镜观察到草苁蓉提取物可以减轻D 半乳糖导致的线粒体等超微结构的改变。结论 草苁蓉提取物对DObjectiveTo study the effect of Bosc hn iakia rossica extract on free radicals in the brain of D-galactose induced s enile rats. MethodsSixty Wistar rats were randomly div ided into normal group, model group (48 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 D-galactos e,SC), Boschniakia rossica group (100,150,200 mg/kg ig and 48 mg·kg - 1 ·d -1 D-galactose, SC). After 40 days,the activities of SOD,MAO and the content of MDA were measured with colorimetric method,and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. ResultsH TSSBoschniakia rossica extract significantly increased the SOD activity, decreased the MDA content, and inhibited the MAO activity in the brain tissue. It was observed under microscope that Boschniakia rossica extract c ould retrieve the degeneration of mitochondrion. ConclusionWT BZBoschniakia rossica extract can clear the free radicals for D-galactose induced senile rats.
