不同浓度亚油酸对日本对虾肝胰腺传代细胞磷含量的影响

摘　　要：在199培养基中加入促进细胞生长的亚油酸 ,对日本对虾(Penaeusjaponicus)肝胰腺细胞进行传代培养,测定传代细胞的总磷、无机磷含量。当亚油酸的加入量为16×10 -5mol/L时,细胞的总磷、有机磷含量均为最高。表明培养基中加入适量亚油酸 。Contents of general phosphate and inorganic phosphate of subcultured hepatopancreatic cells of Penaeus japonicus were tested after subculturing 72 h by adding linoleic acid which was favorable to the growth of cells into Medium-199.Contents of general phosphate and organic phosphate of subcultured cells reached the maxium at the concentration of linoleic acid,16 ×10 -5 mol/L.The result showed that,the appropriate addition of linoleic acid can improve the growth of hepatopancreatic cells of Penaeus japonicus.
