摘 要:采用微波辐射反应技术研究了苯乙腈、对羟基苯甲腈和吲哚-5-甲腈在氢氧化钠水溶液中的水解条件及辐射功率和辐射时间对收率的影响。结果表明,最适宜的功率为530W,辐射时间分别为4,4.5,7min,制备出苯乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸和吲哚-5-甲酸的收率分别为87.9%,85.8%,89.6%。The hydrolysis of nitriles (benzyl cyanide(1),4hydroxybenzonitrile(2) and 5cyanoindole(3)) to give the corresponding acids (phenylacetic acid(4), 4hydroxybenzoic acid(5) and 1Hindole5carboxylic acid(6)) in the present of alkalis in water coupled with microwave irradiation was investgated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined through the test results. The optimum power of the microwave is 530 W and the optimum time of the reaction is 4 min for 1, 4.5 min for 2 and 7 min for 3, respectively. The yield is 87.9% for 4, 85.8% for 5 and 89.6% for 6 respectively.
