竹质人造板标准现状与前景分析

摘　　要：本文统计检索了与竹质人造板相关的标准16个,其中包括3种基本类型竹质人造板:竹编胶合板,竹篾积成胶合板和竹材胶合板,简要分析了相应竹质人造板的生产工艺和技术参数,并比较3种基本类型竹质人造板强度差异。在此基础上,对竹质人造板标准化发展前景作出分析,主要涉及室内装饰装修材料系列国家标准对竹质人造板标准的影响,并在竹质人造板标准制订、修订和增加防火、防腐处理规定等方面提出建议。The paper examined the 16 standards related to bamboo - based panels, in fact the 16 standards could be classified as 3 basic types: bamboo - mat plywood, bamboo strips laminated board, plybamboo. Some analysis of process and technological parameter to the respective bamboo - based panels has been done. Comparing the difference of strength of 3 basic types of bamboo -based panels. The development trend of bamboo -based panels has been predicted at the basis of that. That referred to the influence of new standards for indoor decorating and refurnishing materials on the standards for bamboo-based panels and others suggestion on revising the standards for bamboo -based panels.
