摘　　要：介绍了基于C/S模式的环保排污收费网络管理系统的设计方案、系统功能及特点。该系统的使用有效地促进了环保排污收费的全面而准确的管理。This paper introduces the design scheme, system performance and features of the charge managing system for the environment protection and drainage of pulled water based on the c/s module. Using this system it can promote effectively the complete as well as accurate management for environment protection and drainage of pulled water.
