摘  要:报道了一种可固化的冲洗隔离液CXY ,其组成如下 :含 4 %膨润土和 0 .3%~ 0 .4 %LV CMC的基液 ;细度 4 0 0~ 5 0 0目的细磨矿渣粉 ;0 .1%~ 0 .3%烷基萘磺酸钠。CXY的 pH值为 9~ 10 ,流变性良好 ,密度可通过矿渣粉用量进行调节 ,以便接近井浆密度。密度为 1.5 8、1.4 1、1.31g/cm3 的 3个配方CXY 8h析水率为 3.0 %~ 0 .75 % ,悬浮稳定性良好 ,与 2口井井浆按不同比例相混时不发生胶凝 ,可使井浆粘度明显下降。CXY与水泥浆 (密度 1.89g/cm3 )相混时发生胶凝 ,但胶凝程度比井浆与水泥浆相混时轻。CXY与水泥浆的混浆可固化 ,稠化时间较水泥浆延长 ,体积比为 75∶2 5和 2 5∶75时 ,在 70℃养护 2 4h后固结强度分别达到 9~ 10和 2 1~ 19MPa。中心有通孔的园柱岩心经 6 %膨润土浆浸泡 2 4h后 ,在密度 1.5 8和 1.4 1g/cm3 的CXY中浸泡 2 0min ,装入水灰比 0 .4的水泥浆 ,在常温养护 2 4h ,70℃养护 4 8h ,其胶结强度分别为 91.97和 89.6 8kPa,而未经CXY浸泡的岩心 ,其胶结强度仅为5 8.17kPa。表 5。A settable flushing/insulating fluid, CXY, is presented and composed of base fluid containing 4% bentonite and 0.3- 0.4% LV CMC, tiny slag powder of 400-500 mesh and 0.1- 0.3% sodium alkylnaphtyl sulfonate. The fluid CXY has pH value 9.0 -10.0, density being adjusted by changing slag powder amount added (to obtain similar density as the drilling mud in contact with) and good rheologic behavior. Water separation of 3.0-0.75% and good suspension stability are observed for the fluid CXY of density 1.58, 1.41, and 1.31 g/cm 3. The mixture of the fluid CXY and the drilling mud in use does not gelate and has notably lowered viscosity characteristics in comparison with the drilling mud. When the fluid CXY is mixed with a cement slurry of density 1.89 g/cm 3, gelation appears in less extent than when the drilling mud is mixed with the cement slurry. The mixture of CXY and the cement slurry in volume ratios 75∶25 and 25∶75 has setting time longer than the cement slurry does and after 24 hrs of maintain at 70℃ gives set mass of strength 9-10 and 21-19 MPa. On cylinderical hollow core samples immersed in 6% bentonite mud in 24 hrs and in fluid CXY of density 1.58 and 1.41 g/cm 3 in 20 min and then set together with a cement sturry of WCR =0.4 in 24 hrs at ambient temperature and in 48 hrs at 70℃, the cementbond strength determined is of 91.97 and 89.68 kPa in comparison with 58.17 kPa for the core samples not treated by fluid CXY.
