摘 要:通过等离子体本体引发聚合 ,合成了 3种甲基丙烯酸长链正构烷基酯 (辛酯AMOE ,十二酯AMDE ,十四酯AMTE)的交联聚合物 (交联剂为乙二醇二丙烯酸酯 )和线型聚合物。交联聚合物用作吸油树脂 ,在所考察的 5种溶剂中对苯的吸收率最高。考察了交联剂用量和后聚合时间对 3种交联聚合物转化率和吸苯率的影响 ,确定了吸苯率最高的合成条件 :交联剂用量 0 .6 3% ,0 .2 0 % ,0 .87% ;放电时间 10 0s ,90s,12 0s;后聚合时间 2d ,2d ,3d ;对应的转化率分别为 6 7.6 % ,5 8.4 % ,5 5 .4 % ;最高吸苯率分别为 8.9,12 .3,13.6 g/ g树脂。考察了分子量 1.0 1× 10 6的线性聚合物PAMTE对凝点 - 12℃的苏北原油的降凝效果 ,加剂量由 0 .3g/kg增至 3.0g/kg时凝点下降由 4℃增至 15℃ ,加剂量 0 .75 g/kg时凝点下降 13℃。加剂量为 1.0g/kg时 ,PAMTE的降凝幅度随分子量增大 (5 .80×10 5~ 1.2 9× 10 6)而增大 (2℃~ 16℃ ) ;PAMDE的降凝幅度 (8℃~ 10℃ )受分子量 (3.6 8× 10 6~ 1.5 3× 10 7)影响较小 ,分子量为 1.17× 10 7时凝点下降 10℃。图 8表 4参 8。Crosslinked by ethylene diacrylate and linear polymers of long chain alkyl, n octyl, n dodecyl and n tetradecyl, methacrylates AMOE, AMDE and AMTE are synthesized by plasma initiated block polymerization. The crosslinked polymers show highest absorbing power for benzene of 5 solvents tested. The effects of crosslinker amount and post polymerization time on the monomer conversion and benzene abosrbing power of crosslinked polymers are investigated and the proper synthetic variables for the highest benzene absorbing power obtained are established for the 3 methacrylates above mentioned: crosslinker amount 0.63%, 0.20% and 0.87%; plasma duration 110 s, 90 s and 120 s; post polymerization time 2 d, 2 d and 3 d and the conversion 67.6%, 58.4% and 55.4% and the highest benzene absorbing power 8.9, 12.3 and 13.6 g/g resin are observed, respectively. In pour point depression (PPD) by linear polymer of AMTE of M=1.01×10 6 for north Jiangsu crude oil of pour point -12℃, with increasing dosage of AMTE polymer from 0.3 to 3.0 g/kg increase in PPD from 4℃ to 15℃ is observed and PPD is of 13℃ at dosage 0.75 g/kg. With dosage being of 1.0 g/kg the PPD by AMTE polymer increases from 2℃ to 16℃ when polymer molar mass increased from 5.80×10 5 to 1.29×10 6; the PPD by AMDE polymer is less influenced by the polymer molar mass in range 3.68×10 6-1.53×10 7, being of 8~10℃ and the highest PPD of 10℃ is observed for polymer molar mass 1.17×10 7.
