摘　　要：为了满足孤东油田大剂量深部调剖的需要 ,将一定粒度的细粉状生物钙质和破碎的矿物纤维分散悬浮在含水玻璃和HPAM的水溶液中 ,加入CaCl2 、MgCl2 、FeSO4、聚丙烯酸钠作固化剂 ,制成了可在高温地层内固结的浆状深部调剖剂。生物钙质加工成 10 0～ 35 0目的细粉 ,2 6 0目干燥生物钙粉的粒径主要在 35～ 80 μm之间 ,分散在清水中时粒径主要在 10～ 70 μm之间 ,峰值粒径为 32 .6 μm。用孤东回注污水配成的含粉料 2 0 %的浆液 ,静止状态下可稳定存在 1～ 4h ,粘度为 90mPa·s,可以泵注 ,pH为 7～ 9,在室温放置 6个月不稠化 ;用矿化度 1.0× 10 3 ～ 1.0× 10 4mg/L的水配制的浆液 ,在 70℃下均能固结。用矿化度 3.0× 10 3 mg/L的水配制 ,pH为 8的浆液 ,6 0℃下的固结时间约为 12h ,固结物抗折强度 2 .3MPa。浆液造成的地层堵塞可用酸解除。在渗透率 4 .2 7～ 6 2 .1μm2 的 4支石英砂或陶粒充填岩心中注入浆液 ,在 70℃固结后 ,岩心堵塞率高达 97.3%～ 99.8% ,突破压力为 0 .12～ 0 .81MPa/ 30cm ,其中一支堵塞率为 99.8%的岩心 ,在注水 6 0 0PV冲刷后堵塞率仍大于 95 %。图 4表 2。A sirup like indepth profiling agent in situ settable at higher reservoir temperatures is developed for adjusting deep reservoir permeability in large scale in Gudong oil fields, Shengli, and is prepared by dispersing finely powdered marine biogenic calc and desintegrated fibrous mineral in mixture in aqueous solution of water glass and HPAM with CaCl 2, MgCl 2, FeSO 4, and sodium polyacrylate as curing agents added. The biogenic calc is processed into fine powder of 100～350 mesh and the dry biogenic calc powder of 260 mesh has particle size mainly in range 35-80 μm and when dispersed in fresh water, its particle size is mainly in range 10-70 μm with peak size 32.6 μm. The sirup containing 20% biogenic calc/fibrous mineral mixture and prepared in Gudong recycled produced water maintains stable without notable sediment in 1-4 h of standing, has viscosity of 90 mPa·s and capable of pumping, is of pH value 7-9 and does not set in 6 months of standing at ambient temperatures; the sirup prepared in brines of TSD 1.0-10 g/L can set at 70℃.For a sirup prepared in water of TSD =3.0×10 3 mg/L and of pH=8.0, the setting time is 12 h ca at 60℃ and the flexual strength of the set mass is 2.3 MPa. The blockages formed with the sirup can be removed by acid treatments. The sirup injected into 4 quartz or potter sand packs of permeability 4.27-62.1 μm 2 and set at 70℃ gives plugging rates as high as 97.3- 99.8% and breakthrough pressure of 0.12-0.81 MPa/30 cm and a sand pack with initial plugging rate 99.8% keeps plugging rate >95% after having been flooded by 600 PV of water.
