摘　　要：文章以冲裁模具CAD的一个子系统冲裁结构CAD为分析对象,研究了其设计过程中所采用的模具结构总体设计模型与模具零件描述模型(包括形状描述、装配关系描述和装配位置描述3个子模型),并对系统实现过程中采用的装配消隐技术、装配图明细表自生成技术及冲裁模具零件图自动剖切技术等提出了新的设计方法,使用这些技术将显著提高模具设计合理性与效率,最后给出了冲裁结构CAD子系统的总体设计流程图。In this paper,the CAD system of the die structure is regarded as an analytic object. The overall design model of the die structure and the describing model of the die part in regard to the description of figures,assembling relationships and assembling positions are studied,and some new ideas about the correlative technologies in system realization process are put forward including the automatic hiding of 2D assembling drawing,the autogeneration of the part list and the autogeneration of the part′s cutaway view. By using such technologies,the rationality and efficiency of die′s design may be improved dramatically. At last,an overall flow chart of the CAD system of the die structure is offered.
