摘 要:生态工程系统(EES)处理无毒工业废水是实现低成本废水资源化的有效手段。实验结果表明:UASB反应器中特定EM是由杆菌、螺旋菌与球菌等优势微生物组成,且杆菌微生物比重变化与COD去除率呈显著负相关性(r=0.91),螺旋菌微生物比重变化与COD去除率呈明显正相关性(r=0.88),球菌微生物比重变化与COD去除率也呈明显相关性,其对COD的去除率约为65%~66%;渗滤湿地生物生态(IWBE)系统对TP的去除效果非常理想,平均去除率为94.7%;整个EES对牙膏废水COD去除率的均值是92.7%,对TP去除率平均为94.84%。Treating nontoxic industrial wastewater by means of ecoengineering system is a highly effective method of changing wastewater into the resource at a low cost. The experimental results showed that in the UASB reactor, the special effective microorganisms(EM) consisted of such preponderant microorganisms as bacilli, spirilla and cocci,and that the COD removal efficiency was apparently negatively correlative to the percentage of bacilli numbers,apparently positively correlative to the percentage of spirilla numbers,and also evidently correlative to the percentage of cocci numbers, and that the removal rates of COD were 65%~66%. The Infiltrated WetlandBiology Ecological System removed TP very effectively, and the removal rates averaged up to 94.7%. The overall removal efficiency of COD was 92.7% on average and that of TP was 94.84% on average when the toothpaste wastewater were treated by the ecoengineering system(EES).
