摘　　要：轴承异常声检测是轴承行业需要解决的重要问题之一。本文在对轴承振动、噪声与振动加速度级峰值和波峰因数关系研究的基础上 ,得出了用振动加速度级峰值和波峰因数来检测轴承的异常声是有效的和可行的结论 。The check of bearing abnormal sound is an important problem to be solved in bearing industry.On the base of study on relation of vibration acceleration level peak and crest factor with vibration and noise of deep groove ball bearing,the obtained conclusion is that using the vibration acceleration level peak and crest to check abnormal sound of the bearing is available,and has significant guiding meaning for practical production.
