摘　　要：在役油管的无损检测 ,已受到国内外石油工程技术人员的高度重视。比较优劣后 ,用得较多的是磁性无损检测。文中阐述的是一种用永磁材料作为磁化体 ,利用霍尔器件 ,或磁敏半导体为检测元件的无损检测装置。并从实现原理、装置结构、材料及原件选择方面进行了论述。它克服了采用有源磁化及线圈检测的诸多局限性 ,是一种高性能、低成本的检测装置。Petroleum engineers and technicians both in China and abroad has highly valued nondestructive monitoring of tubing.Through comparison,magnetism nondestructive monitoring is used frequently.The paper presents a nondestructive monitoring unit which use permanent material as magnet,and use hall device or magnetic semiconductor as detecting element,and expound its working principle,structure and selection of materical and original.The unit overcome many limitations of adopting active magnetization and coil detection,it is a high performance,low cost detection unit.
