摘  要:坡 2井地层压力系统复杂、产层埋藏深、H2 S含量高 ,易发生井塌、缩径等复杂 ,是一口中靶难度大的定向井。该井充分利用下部井段雷口坡、嘉陵江地层的岩性特征 ,采用新工艺PDC钻头、高功率螺杆、优质钻井液 ,在不使用稳定器的情况下 ,用螺杆钻具和光钻铤钻具组合全力增斜钻进 ,无线随钻测斜仪跟踪增斜情况 ,安全、高效钻至井深 4 2 4 6m并中靶 ,下部井段平均机械钻速达到 7.2 5m/h ,缩短了钻井周期 ,降低了成本 ,钻获一口百万级大气井。Well Po 2 in the east part of Sichuan Basin is a directional well,which formation pressure system is complicated,gas layer is deep,H 2S content situation is high and complex situation easily occurs,such as collapse and undergauge.On the basis of lithologic features of the Leikoupo and Jialingjiang formation,the field operations adopted the following some technical measures,such as new PDC bit,high-power PDM(positive displacement motor),and high-quality mud and controling the well trajectory by QDT-MWD.Finally,the well is successed to hit the target,H4246m,and the average drilling rate is 7.25m/h.It has shortened the drilling periods and reduced the drilling costs,and gets a big gas well whose gas production is over million cubic.
