摘 要:通过对磁粉颗粒和表面活性剂不同含量的磁性粘弹体配方的抗压密封试验的研究 ,得出了磁性粘弹体的密封抗压强度与磁粉颗粒和表面活性剂含量的变化关系 ,优化出了一种可用于磁密封的磁性粘弹体配方 ,并根据该配方研制的磁性粘弹体的性能进行了的试验研究 ,表明该种磁性粘弹体配方具有耐高压、耐高温、稳定性好等优点 ,可广泛应用于油水井的磁性封隔及其它工业流的磁性密封。The relationships of the seal and compressive strength of magnetic viscoelastic body changing with the contents of magnetic powder and surfactant have been educed according to the experimental study on the compressive performance of magnetic viscoelastic body made by the prescriptions of different contents of magnetic powder and surfactant.A prescription of magnetic viscoelastic body suitable for magnetic seal has been optimized by the results.A series of experimental studies have been done to test the performance of optimized prescription of magnetic viscoelastic body.It indicated that the optimized magnetic viscoelastic body has advantages of high pressure-resistance,high temperature-resistance,good stability etc.,and it is suitable for magnetic seal in water/oil wells or other industries.
