摘  要:建立了同时测定铝质耐火材料中铁和钛的方法。以二安替比林甲烷(DAM)为显色剂,在盐酸介质中,显色剂分别与Ti(Ⅳ)、Fe(Ⅲ)生成有色络合物,采用双波长法同时测定该两种元素。铁含量的线性范围为0~0.01mg/mL,相关系数r=0.9998;钛含量的线性范围为0~0.002mg/mL,相关系数为r=0.9999。该方法可用于Fe_2O_3含量大于或等于0.005%、TiO_2含量大于或等于0.001%的铝质耐火材料中铁和钛的同时测定。The simultaneous determination method of Fe and Ti in aluminous fireproof materials is established. Taking DAM as the color developing agent, a color complex is producted with Fe(Ⅲ) and Ti(Ⅳ) in HCl. The concentrations of the two elements are determined by double-wavelength spectrophotometry. The linear range of Fe is 0 ~ 0.01 mg/mL with the correlative coefficient being 0. 9998. The linear range of Ti is 0 ~0. 002 mg/mL with the correlative coefficient being 0. 9999. The method can be used to determine Fe and Ti simultaneously in the aluminous fireproof materials with the contents of Fe2O3 and TiO2 being no less than 0. 005% and 0. 001 % respectively.
