摘　　要：阐述了废币钻孔机的设计机理和原理,介绍了该专机的工艺流程,结构设计,着重介绍定位—夹紧机构,主轴箱结构设计及液压系统的原理设计及系统设计。该机的设计不仅提高了废币处理的工作效率,减少操作者的劳动强度,而且对处理过程中的安全、检查等方面也有益处。This paper proposes the design principle and machanism of waste currency drilling machine.Working principle,process planning,structure design of the machine are discussed.Orientationclamp machine,Spindlehead structure,principle design and system design of hydraulic system are further described.Design of the machine increases the working eflicency of waste currency handling,and dispenseds with much of labor,but also benifits for safety,inspection etcin the handling process.
