摘  要:保护生态环境,实现可持续发展已成为二十一世纪的全球性主题。煤炭和其他有用矿物的大规模开发和利用,既给人类带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益,也对人类生存环境产生一系列的消极影响。其中,开采沉陷对环境的影响就是一个重要的方面。文中以开滦矿区为例:列举了采煤塌陷地生态环境综合治理几种情况,说明变不利因素为有利因素,实现矿区可持续发展是可行的。To protect the ecological environment and realize the sustainable development has become global subject of the 21st century. While large-scale exploration and utilization of coal and other useful minerals bring enormous economic and social benefits to mankind on one hand, on the other hand, inevitably produce a series of negative influence to our living environment, out of which, effect of mining- induced subsidence on environment is just one important reflection at this aspect. Taking Kailuan Coal Mine as example, the authors explain several circumstances of comprehensively harnessing ecological environment in mining-induced subsidence area in order to prove that unfavorable elements can be changed to be favorable and it is feasible to realize sustainable development in coal mines.
