摘　　要：论述了学术期刊编辑在论文初审中应注意的几个主要方面。首先要把好政治关,其次要把好学术水平关,还要把好语言文字关,并对论文中图表及参考文献著录要求作出详细的说明。做好这些工作,从而为专家的复审打下良好的基础。The article discusses several main aspects ought to be paid attention to editting of learned periodical as the thesis is first examined and approved.First,guarantee politics of papers,second,make checks at learned level;Examine and approve the paper whether it has innovativeness and science.Check on words strictly and claim to make a detailed explanation of charts in the papers and records of reference materials.Done well,it lays a good foundation for reexamination of experts.
